Founded by Brent Yanch, OHD is built on over 35 years of experience in the HVAC, construction, and mechanical systems industries. Brent began his career working alongside his father, founder of Yanch Heating & Air Conditioning, where he developed a deep understanding of mechanical systems, quality workmanship, and customer service.

Over the years, Brent expanded his expertise into residential construction, concrete installation, and large-scale exterior projects. His unique combination of HVAC knowledge and construction experience provides OHD clients with a level of technical expertise rarely found in the heated driveway industry.
